End-to-End Operations

A structured, documented trading framework covering sourcing, logistics, quality assurance, and flexible delivery.

Sourcing

Basrah Energy FZE sources petroleum products directly from National Oil Companies (NOCs) through established commercial relationships and formal offtake agreements. Our primary sourcing market is Iraq, where we have deep operational familiarity with:

  • Pipeline terminal infrastructure in Southern Iraq
  • Storage tank loading operations at export terminals
  • Road tanker liftings for domestic and border trade
  • Floating storage and ship-to-ship transfer arrangements

We also source refined products from refineries and trading counterparties in the GCC and broader Middle East region when required by buyer specifications.
